Strategic Plan
The Indiana Construction Association developed a core ideology and strategic plan in June 2007 to more effectively recognize and communicate our goals with our members and the public.
Our overarching goal is to retain membership of this recently consolidated organization and position the organization for future growth.
Under that goal, we identified seven operational goals to meet as an association.
Respected and Influential Voice
ICA will be a highly respected and influential voice representing the needs and interests of the Indiana construction industry.
Member Programs and Services
ICA programs and services will be responsive to members' needs and deliver value to the membership and the Indiana construction industry.
Public Relations
The construction industry in Indiana will understand the purpose and focus of ICA going forward.
Industry Workforce
A trained, capable and engaged workforce will be continuously developed to meet the needs of the construction industry.
Membership Growth
The contractor and subcontractor membership of ICA will increase in numbers and market share of work in the Building and Highway, Heavy and Utility segments of the industry.
Organizational Structure and Processes
ICA's structure and processes (governance, committees, forums, task forces, and staff) will effectively support achieving association goals and vision.
Fiscal Strength
ICA will be fiscally sound and positioned to meet the long term needs of members.
