Carmel Redevelopment Panel OKs $24M Budget For 2010

CARMEL -- The Carmel Redevelopment Commission on Wednesday approved a 2010 budget that includes $24,438,000 in expenses. The commission manages tax increment finance districts for Carmel, which are used to help pay for such projects as the $150 million Regional Performing Arts Center. The center is under construction; it should open next year. Link
