About ICA

Committees

ICA is a member-driven association, and involvement from our members is essential. Committees and forums are the backbone of our organization and are effective only when individuals volunteer their time and talents to serve. The Association includes the following standing committees and forums:

  • Agency/Owner Relations

    • ICA/AIA JOINT COOPERATIVE COMMITTEE:  Involves members of ICA and the Indiana Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). The vision of this committee is to create a teamwork mindset between the architect community and the contractor community. Issues to be addressed include new technology adoption such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), new project delivery methods, specifications, standards and contract documents. Meets quarterly. C. Douglas Curts, Chair (F.A. Wilhelm Construction Co., Inc.)
